Basic Information

Ingredients


  • one cup wheat
  • half cup jaggery
  • 2 teaspoons of ghee
  • roasted  cashew nuts
  • and cardamom powder

Method

  1. soak wheat overnight and cook in pressure cooker(approx 6-7 whistle)
  2. after cooling grind in a electric blender with some water and keep aside.
  3. heat kadai and add 2 teaspoons of ghee , then add jaggery with bit water.
  4. pour in wheat mixture in melted jaggery and cook for 10 min 
  5. add cardamom powder for taste and garnish with roasted  cashew nuts.

  • be careful while cooking mixture , it may splash on skin
  • and keep on stirring
